Holder captained the Windies to dominant victories in Barbados and Antigua, upsetting their well-fancied tourists in the process. The all-rounder served an over-rate ban when England grabbed a consolation victory in St Lucia but is back to lead the white-ball team in five one-day internationals and is hoping for another memorable result.
